WHAT IS THE SEED LEADERSHIP SUMMIT ?
Theme: Let the Nations Be Glad
Objective: To intentionally bring leaders from Global South and West to strategize how to represent a united missionary force serving on the Missions field for the advancement of the kingdom. When Jesus said go make disciples of all nations, He said it with unity in mind.
Subtitle: CONNECTING THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE TO THE HEART OF GOD!
Psalm 67:4: Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity and guide the nations upon earth. How do we fulfill the Great Commission and encourage “unity” among the nations?

Sowing Seeds of Joy is a faith-based organization based in Dallas/Fort Worth that seeks to advance God's kingdom through well-trained, short-term missions. Founded by Ron and Star Nelson, the organization emphasizes preparing and deploying individuals on domestic and cross-cultural trips, offering comprehensive training through various workshops, programs, and experiences.
Sowing Seeds of Joy is distinctive in its dedication to equipping laborers for the mission field, aiming to connect individuals with their unique purpose. They focus on empowering primarily, people of color to sow seeds of joy by participating in short-term missions that impact both local and global communities, fostering growth and transformation.
Through the Sowing Seeds of Joy Institute, they provide intensive training that consists of five core programs: Calling and Purpose Experience (CPx), Missions Lab, Missions Mentorship, Missions University, and the Missions Team. These programs are designed to equip participants with practical knowledge, hands-on experience, mentorship, and collaboration skills needed for effective missions work.
