Terms & Conditions SEED Leadership Summit: Gala Edition – Terms and Conditions 1. Event Overview The SEED Leadership Summit: Gala Edition will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the SIL Campus | Dallas International University, in Dallas, Texas. This event is hosted by Sowing Seeds of Joy, Inc., and serves as a formal celebration, fundraiser, and vision-casting gala for the advancement of global missions. 2. Registration & Payment All attendees must register through the official Sowing Seeds of Joy website or approved registration platforms. 3. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. 4. In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), Sowing Seeds of Joy reserves the right to reschedule or transition the event to a virtual format. 5. Attire & Conduct Attire is formal or semi-formal. 6. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Sowing Seeds of Joy reserves the right to remove any guest who disrupts the event or violates community standards of conduct. 7. Media & Photography Consent By attending, you agree to be photographed, recorded, or filmed by event personnel. These materials may be used for future promotional, marketing, or archival purposes by Sowing Seeds of Joy. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify event staff in writing prior to the event. 8. Liability Waiver Sowing Seeds of Joy, Inc., its board members, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event. 9. All participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. 10. Changes to the Event Sowing Seeds of Joy reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, schedule, or venue as necessary without prior notice.
