The Sowing seeds of Joy Travel Learn Program is an educational tourism tool to promote positive domestic relationships among youth, encouraging them academically using global travel as the classroom. At the same time, the program places emphasis on cross-cultural awareness, global missions, and humanitarian endeavors. The aim is to foster the traveler’s learning experience and enrich ethical values, self-worth and citizenship. Youth are challenged to REMEMBERING THEIR ROOTS - UNDERSTANDING THE PAST TO CREATE A BETTER TOMORROW. The experience will expose youth groups to various historical markers which will enlighten them on the journey of the individuals of African descendant.  They will explore culture from several perspectives – economy, literature, visual art, migration, religion, society, politics.
